Use the portal for legitimate campus visits, account access and safety reporting.
This portal service notice is not an official university-wide policy or a claim of legal certification.
Use your own identity
Do not impersonate another person, enroll someone else's face, present a digital image to evade entrance verification, or transfer an account or pass. Alumni ID uploads must relate to your own registration.
Submit appropriate information
Do not submit knowingly false reports, harassment, unrelated personal data or evidence you are not entitled to provide. Include only information relevant to the incident or visit.
Do not upload malware, attempt to bypass upload restrictions, automate abusive requests or interfere with cameras, alerts or other users' access.
Staff review
Authorized staff may review reports and registration requests and may restrict account access within their assigned role. Report a mistake or access concern to campus security for review.
