Campus services should be usable by people with different access needs.
This portal service notice is not an official university-wide policy or a claim of legal certification.
Using the portal
Student dashboard Settings includes light, dark and system appearance, with adjustable text size. Browser zoom can also enlarge pages. Preferences are saved in the current browser.
Forms use labels and the portal includes keyboard focus indicators. Some camera, upload and device-permission steps may still need assistance. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim certified conformance.
An alternative to face capture
If you cannot complete camera capture or another registration step, ask the entrance guard or campus security for assisted or non-biometric verification. Do not send face captures or ID documents to an unverified contact.
Report an access barrier
Contact campus security in person or use the contact details shown on the student Home page. Describe the page, device, browser and difficulty. Share only the information needed to explain the problem, not passwords or verification codes.
