Hosting and database
In the cloud deployment, Render hosts the web portals and Aiven provides the MySQL database. These services process application requests and stored records needed to operate the portals. Local camera monitoring and CCTV recording run on the security device.
Email delivery
Brevo processes the recipient email address and message content for verification codes, password recovery and optional incident-report updates. Report-update emails include a report reference and sign-in link; newly opted-in reports also include status, the updating staff display name and update date/time. Descriptions, completion comments and attachments stay inside the portal.
Email acceptance by a provider does not guarantee inbox delivery. Provider restrictions, network failures and service inactivity can delay messages.
Phone notifications and your device
If a guard enables phone notifications, the browser and its push provider handle the subscription and notification delivery. Camera permission is needed for live face capture. Availability depends on the browser, device and service configuration.
