Campus Security Portal
Terms of Use
These service terms explain the limits of the campus security portal.
This portal service notice is not an official university-wide policy or a claim of legal certification.
Accounts and registration
Provide accurate information and use only an account or pass issued to you. Keep passwords, verification codes, recovery codes and private pass links confidential. Student account approval grants system access; it does not verify current enrollment with the registrar.
Campus entry and recognition
Registration, an alumni profile or a digital pass does not by itself authorize entry. Visitors need guard check-in and a valid visit. Follow entrance verification procedures and show a physical ID if requested.
Face recognition can make mistakes. An unmatched face is not proof of misconduct, and a match is not proof that a person is safe. Security staff must review relevant context.
Reports and availability
Submit truthful reports with relevant evidence. This portal is not an emergency dispatch service. For an urgent situation, contact campus security directly instead of waiting for an online ticket or email.
Network, hosting or device failures may delay access and notifications. A submitted report or email status does not guarantee immediate review or delivery.
