Register as Alumni

We collect your name, contact number, visitor category, visit purpose, destination, pass photo, consent time and numerical face templates for campus visitor verification. Five live-camera captures create the templates; the capture sequence is not stored. No email address is required.

Unfinished registration details and ID images are encrypted and expire after 30 minutes. Completed pending visit passes expire after 24 hours. After a guard checks you in, recognition is valid for 24 hours. The visit record is then removed by scheduled cleanup. Expired passes stop working immediately; deletion resumes when services are running if they were offline.

Campus CCTV may separately record event evidence under the university's security retention policy. Registration does not itself authorize entry or prove that a person is safe.

Your separate alumni profile keeps your name, contact number, username, password hash, pass photo and face templates for one year after approval. Pending profiles expire after seven days. The encrypted alumni ID is available only to authenticated guards for review and is deleted immediately on approval, rejection or profile expiry. A review result, reviewer and review time are retained with your profile. The ID is not shown on your pass or in notifications. Uploading an ID does not automatically prove alumni status or authorize entry. This account is not an official university alumni ID or a student account.

Recognition requires a current checked-in visit, not just a saved profile. Delete your profile and linked passes from your alumni account or ask campus security. Expired profiles are inaccessible immediately and deleted by scheduled cleanup.

You may cancel and ask the entrance guard about non-biometric verification, or request access, correction or deletion through the campus privacy contact. Your rights under Republic Act No. 10173 are not waived by consent.
